By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
Our service relies heavily on third-party APIs, specifically the Spotify Web API, to provide functionality such as album covers and 30-second audio previews. We provide the service "as is" and "as available".
Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of the Spotify API. Should Spotify modify their terms, restrict access, or discontinue the services we rely on, certain features of our service may degrade or become unavailable. In such events, we cannot be held liable and we do not offer refunds for past usage based on third-party API changes.
You are solely responsible for the catalog data you import into our service. You represent and warrant that your use of the service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
In no event shall Karaokelib, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
